Sessions live under the project that owns their folder. Its notes, secrets, worktrees and board sit in the same sidebar, and open in a pane beside the terminal instead of taking its place.

Agents

Know which agent needs you.

Every session shows what its agent is up to: an orb that says whether it is searching, writing or running commands, amber when it waits for you, green when it is done. The inbox gathers the agents that are waiting, so you answer the one that is stuck and leave the rest running.

Notes

Notes that sit next to the work.

Write pages with headings, to-dos, code and toggles, and nest them as deep as the project needs. Type a slash for any block, mention a card, or send a command straight to a session.

  • Context for your agentsContext files live with the project, sealed in its vault, where your agents can read them.

Secrets

Secrets from any terminal, never in the transcript.

Press ⌘K in any tab and type. Secrets, notes and the commands you ran come up together: copy a value, type it as a variable, or run a command with it.

  • koru execAgents run commands through koru exec. The values arrive as environment variables and are scrubbed from the output before anyone reads it.
  • Encrypted on your MacThe vault is encrypted before it leaves your Mac, and each member of a project is given access to it on their own.

Start a card and Koru creates the branch, the worktree and the tab. Main stays clean while several agents work side by side.

Plan with your team on a shared Kanban board. Start any card on one of your Macs: Koru makes the worktree, opens the tab, and the agent reports its progress back to the card.
