The abuse contact
Email support@flybywire.se. A person reads every report. We aim to tell you that we received it within one working day, and we act at once on attacks in progress, malware and phishing.
What to include
- the address involved: the app’s URL, or the IP address and port;
- the date and time, with the time zone;
- what happened: for example spam, phishing, malware, a denial-of-service attack, scanning or mining;
- your evidence: log lines, the full headers of a spam email, the URL of a phishing page, or a hash of a malware sample. Please do not attach malware itself.
What we do
- We check the report against what we can see from outside and in the platform’s measurements, without looking inside the app.
- We stop an app at once when it attacks others, spreads malware, runs phishing pages or mines cryptocurrency.
- Otherwise we ask the customer to fix the problem within a set time, and stop the app if they do not.
- We tell the customer what we did and why, and we end the accounts of repeat infringers.
- We tell you when we have dealt with your report. We do not tell you who our customer is unless the law requires it.
What goes elsewhere
- Content you consider illegal, such as content that infringes your rights or spreads hate: use Report illegal content, so that we can handle it as a notice under the Digital Services Act.
- Orders and requests from authorities: see Contacts for authorities and users.
- Security problems in Koru itself: support@flybywire.se.
